Tender Description
The objectives of this engagement are to:
- Collaborate with ASQA to migrate the documents and metadata from the Objective system into supplied SharePoint libraries.
Scope of Services
The scope of services included in this engagement is as follows:
- Deploy migration software in the ASQA network.
- Gather the mapping requirements for the documents to ensure that they are migrated into a satisfactory structure in the new SharePoint libraries. Support ASQA to complete and approve the mapping activities for document locations and metadata in the target system.
- Configure and validate migration platform to perform the necessary migration activities.
- Install and configure the software in the ASQA network.
- Assist ASQA to perform their User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Execute a test migration then migrate approximately 5Tb of data from Objective into a preprepared production SharePoint tenant.
Perform validation on the migrated data and content and provide migration report.
- Provide 2 weeks of hypercare support after production go-live.
