This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Federal Court of Australia Listed Entity (the Entity) is seeking to engage a seller experienced in:
- Delivering technical solutions for Government entities; and
- Designing and developing tailored applications to solve bespoke technical problems.
The current Email to File process relies on two legacy systems which utilise their respective email modules to enable the email functionality.
A new Email to File functionality is to be developed as a standalone solution that fully preserves the current user workflow and enhances the current process. The solution must ensure minimal disruption to end users by maintaining established workflows and addressing conventions, while providing seamless integration with the CourtPath cloud-based architecture. Additionally, the solution must comply with all security and data integrity requirements, supporting robust validation, monitoring, and audit capabilities.
