Wyndham Music Programming Services

Wyndham City Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of Music Programming Services across Council-managed kindergartens and early years facilities.

The successful providers will deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate music programs that foster childrens learning, wellbeing, and creativity in alignment with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF). Programs must incorporate singing, rhythm, movement, and basic instrument use, supporting communication, confidence, and social connection among children aged 3 to 5 years.

Council intends to establish a non-exclusive panel of three to four (3 to 4) providers to ensure flexibility, diversity, and cultural representation in program delivery. Services will be delivered during kindergarten terms, with session lengths typically between 30 to 45 minutes.

Providers must demonstrate experience in early childhood or primary music education, hold valid Working With Children Checks (WWCC), and comply with Councils Child Safe Standards and occupational health and safety requirements.
