A site visit will be held at Fremantle District Office - Child Protection and Family Support (CPFS), Fremantle Enhancement Contact Centre, Fremantle on 3 Nov, 2025 10:00 AM.

Location Two: Department of Communities – Enhanced Contact Centre

Estimated duration: 40 minutes

Briefing Format & Logistics

Initial Meeting Point: Respondents must arrive at Location One for a briefing prior to the walk-through of the Fremantle District Office.

After the first site visit, the briefing will continue at Location Two (Enhanced Contact Centre).

A 15-minute transition period has been allocated for travel between the two locations.

Transport & Parking: Respondents are responsible for arranging their own transport between sites and covering any applicable parking costs.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
