Works for Perth High Performance Centre - Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades.

Scope:

The scope of works includes but is not limited to:

• Removal and safe disposal of obsolete electrical distribution boards and related components.

• Installation of new distribution boards throughout the facility.

• Upgrading and replacement of outdated electrical cabling and infrastructure to meet current standards.

• Integration of digital metering and connection to the Building Management System (BMS).

• Removal of redundant cabling types, including mineral insulated metal sheath (MIMS) cabling, where required.

• Installation of new control gear cubicles and associated electrical components.

• Commissioning of all new electrical installations and provision of relevant compliance documentation.

• Coordination of works to minimise disruption to ongoing operations and scheduled events.

• Implementation of site-specific safety and environmental management plans.

• Management and removal of all waste generated by the works.

• Preparation and submission of ‘As Constructed’ drawings and asset information at project completion.

• Provision of operation manuals, maintenance requirements and warranty documentation for all new installations.

• Delivery of staff training and handover of all relevant documentation and asset registers.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 100 Stephenson Avenue, Mount Claremont on 29 Oct, 2025 8:30 AM.

Per request volume 1 - if tenderer cannot attend main briefing session: or by appointment between 30 October and 4 November 2025 (both dates inclusive, excepting Saturday 1 November and Sunday 2 November 2025) between 0900 and 1500 hours.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
