HealthShare Victoria (HSV) – Upcoming Request for Information (RFI)

HealthShare Victoria (HSV) will be releasing a Request for Information (RFI) via its procurement portal, Jaggaer, on 24 October 2025 at 2:00 pm AEST.

The purpose of this procurement activity is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the market for asset management software. HSV is seeking information from suppliers to inform future procurement planning, specifically around:

• Market share and presence in the public health sector, particularly within Victoria and across Australia
• Services offered within each solution, including core functionalities such as asset tracking, lifecycle management, and maintenance scheduling
• Available modules, including biomedical, IT, facilities, and enterprise asset management
• Customisation and configuration capabilities
• Interoperability between modules
• Mandatory vs optional modules
• Module-specific features and maturity levels
• Integration capabilities with third-party systems (e.g., finance, procurement, EMR)
• Support services provided
• Hosting options, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid models
• Pricing structures, including subscription vs. perpetual licensing, user-based vs. asset-based pricing, and modular pricing options

The insights gathered through this RFI will support the development of a Request for Quotation (RFQ), which HSV intends to release to the market in the coming month.
