Saleyards Cafe Licence

Colac Otway Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced parties interested in operating a café service at the Colac Regional Saleyards. The purpose of this EOI is to identify a suitable operator who can provide quality food and beverage services during stock sales days and potentially on other weekdays, enhancing the overall experience for visitors and stakeholders.

Failure to complete your submission by the tender close time will result in being shut out of the portal.
