Homes Victoria is establishing a construction services panel (Panel) to deliver services to the High-rise Redevelopment Program (HRP).
Scope:
Principal/Technical Consultancy (Architecture)
The Principal/Technical Consultant will be expected to lead a multidisciplinary consultant team and appoint sub-consultants as necessary for the delivery of the Consultant’s Services. The structure and requirements of the engagement will vary depending upon the procurement strategy for the project and if it is being delivered in line with the Partnerships Victoria Framework (Typically a PPP/GLM contractual arrangement) or as a direct delivery project (typically a D&C or similar type construction contract). Respondents to this category should detail the experience and expertise of delivering services under each of these models separately, and respondents have the option to nominate to deliver services for only one of these models or both, given that the experience and expertise required can differ significantly between the two.
