Refresh of Reusable Rhino-laryngeal Scopes Fleet Tender

Austin Health Reusable Rhino-laryngeal Scopes Fleet is now reaching end-of-life (EOL) and requires replacement in 2026. Austin Health is seeking responses from suitably qualified supplier(s) for the supply and management of new Reusable Rhino-laryngeal Scopes Fleet to support clinical services across its campuses.

The Fleet comprises of: 

• Flexible scopes (reusable)
• Hardware & software for flexible scopes: Endoscopic workstations (towers) including associated components and accessories; and Software relevant to the use of all hardware 
• Service and maintenance of all hardware and software 
• Further details are described in Part A.2 Statement of Requirements. 

The Fleet will be contracted for an initial term of 6 years, with an option to renew for an additional 6-year term which will include a full refresh of the entire fleet with the latest available technology. Austin Health may appoint one or more Supplier for the supply of the Reusable Rhino-laryngeal Scopes Fleet depending on:

• Outcome suitable for clinical requirement and workflow 
• Best value for money that meet Austin Health requirements
