Management and Operation of GRAC

Council is seeking to engage an experienced, innovative, capable, and community-focused contractor to manage and operate the Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre (GRAC). Located in Traralgon, GRAC is the premier aquatic and leisure facility in the region and a key part of Council’s commitment to supporting community health, wellbeing, and social connection.

Please note: a mandatory site meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday 30 October 2025, at Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre (GRAC), 49 Grey Street, Traralgon.

The necessary insurance required by the contractor for this Contract is:

B. $20,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance
