Cobram Structure Plan

Moira Shire Council (Council) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations to design and deliver a Structure Plan and Urban Design Guidelines for the township of Cobram.

The Cobram Structure Plan will establish a framework for guiding land use and development within the town over the next 15 to 20 years, with a particular focus on commercial and employment-generating land in Cobram.

The Cobram Structure Plan and Urban Design Guidelines will form the strategic justification for a future Amendment to the Moira Planning Scheme.
