Requirements

1. Provide baseline knowledge on generative AI tools and specific knowledge of how to use Copilot 365 and Copilot chat within the context of roles within DVA, comprising two tailored copilot sessions (30-35 participants in each), delivered face-to-face on Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) premises at 18 Marcus Clarke Street, Canberra) on Friday 28 November 2025.

• Session 1: 9am - 12pm
• Session 2: 1pm - 4pm

Audience to include 60-70 DVA Senior Executive Service staff and relevant Executive Officer staff.

Course content to cover:

• Overview of what AI is and how it can support you in your role.
• A summary of the key opportunities and risks - including information related to the security of data.
• Introduction to prompting.
• Introduction to a range of use-cases for how Copilot can support productivity and quality of work.

2. Provide a separate quote to deliver similar training to approximately 45 Executive Assistants, including an option for training to be delivered virtually.
