Tender Description
Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites tenders to Supply and Construct Gravity Sewer Upgrades at Kookaburra Place in Wauchope. The scope of the Request for Tender includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Removal of trees and vegetation per design plan and environmental approvals
- Offset planting as defined by the Review of Environmental Factors
- Supply and Construction of new PVC DN225 gravity sewer main between manhole W13P008MH and Pump Station WSPS13
- Supply and construction of new PVC DN225 Gravity Sewer line between manhole W13P181MH and W13P178MH
- Supply and construction of 12 Manholes (or per IFT design documents)
- Supply and construction of household connections to new main, private connections must be undertaken by suitably qualified plumber with valid trade certificate.
- Testing and commissioning of upgrades
- Remediation works including but not limited to appropriate compaction of backfilled trenches, revegetation of verges and private property, fencing, bitumen and asphalt reinstatement, kerb and gutter

A pre-tender briefing will be held in person, onsite in Leaders Way, Wauchope on Friday 31 October 2025 at 11:00am (AEDT) Attendance at this briefing is a mandatory requirement of participation. Potential Tenderer must advise PMHC Contact of the number and names of attendees via email gemma.wilkins@pmhc.nsw.gov.au by 11am (AEDT) Thursday 30 October 2025.
