Tender Description
The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Plumbing services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.
This contract is part of the Council's long-term commitment to ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient management of its diverse portfolio, which includes over 400 buildings and facilities.
The Plumbing Services Contract covers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, and minor capital works to Council-owned buildings and facilities. Services include, but are not limited to, the inspection, installation, repair, and replacement of plumbing fixtures, fittings, and pipework; maintenance of hot and cold water systems; drainage and sewer systems; roof plumbing, gutters, downpipes, and stormwater systems; backflow prevention; and general plumbing compliance requirements.
The Contractor is expected to respond to routine and urgent requests as directed by Council, undertake works in accordance with statutory regulations and industry standards, and coordinate with other trades where required. Minor capital works may be delivered under this Contract on a lump sum basis following the submission and acceptance of a Contractor quotation.
