RFP: Supply of Electricity to Small Market Sites

The Riverina Eastern Regional Organisation of Councils (REROC) invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to submit a Proposal for the supply of electricity for small market sites for six (6) Member Councils.

REROC is a voluntary association of eight local government bodies located in the eastern Riverina region of NSW. The REROC Member Councils participating in this RFP are Bland Shire Council, Coolamon Shire Council, Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council, Greater Hume Council, Lockhart Shire Council and Temora Shire Council.

The forecast aggregate load for this group of Participating Council sites is 3,632 MWh per annum. This load is the sum of the 422 small market sites.

This RFP process will consist of 2 stages, including:

• Stage 1 – compliance and qualitative sections only
• Stage 2 – pricing only. Selected Proponents from Stage 1 will be invited to respond to Stage 2. Stage 2 will be released at a yet to be determined date.
