Twelve Apostles Food & Beverage

The Twelve Apostles Precinct Redevelopment project is set to elevate this Great Ocean Road icon onto the world stage creating an immersive experience.

Central to this transformation is the new Visitor Experience Centre which will feature retail, exhibition spaces, F & B spaces external lookout with breathtaking views and a Welcome Garden celebrating Eastern Maar cultural heritage.

Food and Hospitality Opportunity

The F & B opportunity at the VEC includes two permanent spaces and allowance for pop-up concept options during peak periods. The permanent facilities are a kiosk facing into the Welcome Garden and the main F & B outlet inside the VEC.

Food and hospitality on this scale will be new to the Twelve Apostles experience and will need to provide a high level of convenience, customer centric service and benchmark quality of food and beverage for a major tourist destination,

With construction started, we are now seeking interest from food and beverage operators and hospitality groups eager to be part of new and exciting chapter for the Twelve Apostles tourist destination.

The VEC is scheduled for practical completion in late 2026 and warm shell handover no later July 2026.
