Triennial Tenders 2026-2028 - Lift Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Lift Maintenance Services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will last for three (3) years, with the option for an additional one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.

The Lift Maintenance Services Contract includes providing both reactive and planned maintenance, inspections, repairs, and minor capital works for lifts, hoists, and vertical transport systems in Council-owned buildings and facilities. The services aim to ensure the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of passenger and goods lifts in accordance with statutory requirements, manufacturer recommendations, and Council specifications.

The contractor must perform all work in compliance with relevant Australian Standards, Work Health and Safety legislation, and regulatory requirements. This includes adhering to the Director's Determination regarding the Maintenance of Prescribed Essential Safety and Health Features and Measures under the Building Act 2016 (Tasmania). Minor capital works or major component replacements may be carried out under this contract on a lump sum basis, following the submission and acceptance of a contractor quotation.
