Triennial Tenders 2026-2028 - Steel Fabrication Services

The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Steel Fabrication Services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.

The Steel Fabrication Services Contract covers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, fabrication, and minor capital works involving structural and non-structural steel across Council-owned buildings and facilities. Services include the manufacture, installation, repair, and modification of steelwork components to ensure structural integrity, safety, and functionality.

The Contractor is required to undertake all works in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, engineering specifications, and Council requirements. Minor capital works may be delivered under this Contract on a lump sum basis following the submission and acceptance of a Contractor quotation.
