Triennial Tenders 2026-2028 - Painting Services

The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Painting Services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.

The Painting Services Contract covers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance, surface preparation, repainting, and minor capital works associated with painted and protective finishes across Council-owned buildings and facilities. Services include the application, maintenance, and repair of paint coatings and protective treatments to ensure durability, safety, and presentation of Council assets.

The Contractor is required to undertake all works in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications, and Council requirements. Minor capital works may be delivered under this Contract on a lump sum basis following the submission and acceptance of a Contractor quotation.
