Provision of Security Patrols and Lock and Unlock Services

Council is seeking a Tender from a suitably qualified and capable contractor to appoint to assist council in provision of Security Patrol and Lock and Unlock Services. A single contractor will be appointed to deliver Reactive, and Routine Maintenance Services on Council Facilities and Assets throughout the municipality.

The Banyule City Council has buildings and reserves used for various activities by the Community and employees. The buildings mainly comprise of Service Centres, Council Depots, Sporting Complexes, Community Halls, Pre-schools, Maternal and Child Health Centres, Child Care Centres, Council owned residences, commercially leased premises, Sporting Pavilions, Structures and Public Toilets.

Council provides no guarantee of the quantity of Reactive work allocated to the appointed contractor under this contract.

Council reserves the right to seek competitive pricing for any New Project or Planned Maintenance works when required, but you will be given the opportunity to provide a quotation.
