The Principal Design Consultancy Services for the HNELHD to demolish Rusden House Armidale and replace with a combination of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment style units.

Project goals

The Hunter New England Local Health District are seeking to demolish Rusden House located at 3 West Avenue Armidale NSW. The existing building is designed as a single level Brick and Tile multi bedsit dorm style accommodation. The building has been identified for demolition to make way for a new development to include a combination of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom self-contained apartment style staff accommodation units, to achieve current building standards and to incorporate energy efficiency initiatives.

Scope

Provide complete Documentation for the demolition of the existing Rusden House and the Complete Design Documentation for tendering and construction of the new self-contained apartment style staff accommodation facility.
