Tender Description
EOI are invited for the construction of a Renovation and Extension at Whitsunday Christian College, Cannonvale. The project includes two-storey GLAs and admin areas; totalling 966m2 of new works, 395m2 of refurbishment, and 248m2 of covered walkways.
Works are expected to commence around January 2026. A finalised tender list will be determined from the EOI received.
