Travel Management Services Tender

⁠⁠⁠The Travel Services Tender aims to engage a qualified travel management provider to deliver a comprehensive, cost-effective, and user-friendly travel solution for Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. The scope includes the provision of an online booking platform (including app functionality), 24/7 customer support, travel policy reporting and spend analytics, and the management of both domestic and international travel arrangements.

The objective is to ensure efficient travel booking and management, improved visibility of travel spend, enhanced traveller safety and duty of care, and alignment with State Government travel standards and offers. The successful vendor will demonstrate the ability to integrate with existing systems, provide transparent billing, and deliver high-quality customer service to all staff and travellers across the organisation.
