Purchase of Production Servers (IBM Power 10)

Process: RFQ

Airways is looking to purchase goods and services in order to support a hardware refresh of a key air traffic service. This requires us to purchase approximately 15 IBM Power-10 series servers, and associated hardware and software as detailed in the RFQ document. We have extensively tested this equipment and so are not looking for any offers of alternate brands or types of server hardware at this point.

The following information is available in the main RFx document on the etender portal:

• Estimated Timeframe for Delivery
• Service levels, response times or other performance measures
• Conditions for participating in the procurement process, including any pre-conditions
• Evaluation criteria

All submissions should be made via the etender website and the deadline for submission of responses to this process is 12.00 on 03/11/25. While Airways reserves the right to accept late responses, this will only be in the case of suppliers that have experienced technical difficulties and not those that have missed the deadline through error.
