Frigate Capability Life Cycle Manager Contract

Scope:

The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to state the Commonwealth requirements for work to be carried out under the Contract relating to the provision of Services in support of the Products Being Supported (PBS) listed at Annex A and the attendant Support System, and to allocate work responsibilities between the Commonwealth and the Contractor.

The Contractor shall perform all activities necessary for the provision of Services associated with supporting the Products Being Supported listed at Annex A in accordance with the Contract, including:

a. management of Services;

b. provision of Asset Management Services;

c. provision of Engineering Support Services;

d. provision of Maintenance Management Services;

e. provision of Supply Support Services;

f. provision and support of Support Resources, including:

(i) Personnel, including Key Persons;

(ii) Technical Data;

(iii) Support and Test Equipment;

(iv) Packaging;

(v) Facilities;

(vi) not used; and

(vii) Work and Resource Planning;

g. Quality Management;

h. Health, Safety and Environmental Management;

i. implementation of a Capability Innovations and Efficiencies (CIE) Program;

j. provision of Supply Chain Services; and

k. Australian Industry Capability (AIC) program management.
