Wangaratta Rovers Netball & Hardcourts Tennis Refurbishment

Rural City of Wangaratta (RCoW) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to repair and improve 2 x netball courts at the Wangaratta Rovers Netball Club and some playing surfaces at the Wangaratta Tennis Club, all located within the HP Barr Reserve precinct.

The project has been structured to include 4 distinctly different works elements, to be completed on the different sets of courts on site. Council reserves the right to pick and choose which of the 4 works elements they proceed with, based on cost and playing surface preferences.

Tenders will include the following:

• Completion of Response Schedule (on the provided word document).
• Completion of the Schedule of Rates (to be submitted in excel format provided).
• Construction Methodology to be submitted as part of assessment.
• Works programme/timeline showing key dates and milestones.

Tenderers should make their own assessment of the Services to be provided and base their tenders accordingly.

All enquiries regarding this opportunity, including the Specification and contract terms and conditions are to be lodged via this tendering portal no later than 12noon on Wednesday 5 November 2025. Questions lodged after this time will not be responded to.

Submissions

All responses must be lodged via this online e-Tendering Portal; submissions received via any other means (including hardcopy) will not be accepted, nor considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered.

Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
