Tender Description
Ballina Shire Council is seeking to engage suitably licenced and experienced building contractors to construct residential dwellings at Wollongbar NSW 2477.
Dwellings will be constructed on Council land at Dundee Avenue, Wollongbar.
• 2 x 4-bedroom two level duplexes (Class 1 Construction)
• A two-level manor house comprising 4 x 1-bedroom flats (Class 2 Construction)
• 9 x 2-bedroom two level terraces. (Class 1 Construction)
All required development applications, development approvals and complying development certificates are in place for construction to commence.
