Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) R Block Level 5 Roof Membrane Replacement

EMHS requires the provision of an external dual layer sheet membrane waterproofing system to existing membrane substrates, i.e. no screed removal, simple over-sheeting to existing membrane with torch-on layers, to create a 20-year solution for the Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) R Block Level 5 roof.  Level 5 covers two roof areas, one on the west side (721m2) and one on the east side (642m2), totaling approximately 1363m2.

Briefing 

A briefing session will be held at Level 2 K Block, 10 Murray Street, Perth on 21 October 2025 11:30 AM.

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Date: 21 October 2025
• Time: 11:30am, Western Australia
• Location: Facilities Management Reception

                     Level 2 K Block, 10 Murray Street, Perth WA 6000

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 2:00pm, Western Australia 20 October 2025 by contacting Michelle Dennis on email EMHS.FMContracts@health.wa.gov.au.

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Respondents are to ensure they wear flat, closed in shoes to attend the site inspection.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
