Port Augusta City Council invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Demolition and Construction of Toilet Blocks - Westside Foreshore (Loudon Road) and Keith Jones Memorial Park.
The Port Augusta City Council is seeking responses from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of design and construction of two toilet blocks. One at Westside Foreshore (Loudon Road) and another at Keith Jones Memorial Park (Elsie Street). Works include the demolition of the existing toilets.
The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specifications.

A briefing session will be held at 4 Mackay Street, Port Augusta, South Australia, Australia, 5700 on 11:00 am 28 October 2025.
Notes: The briefing will commence at the Civic Centre, 4 Mackay Street, Port Augusta. Registration of attendance are required by 5pm Friday 24 October 2025
A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
