Executive AI Training Program (Closed for Invites)

The Department of Industry, Science and Resources (DISR) seeks to accelerate AI leadership and adoption across its portfolio. To achieve this, DISR requires a training program that enhances AI literacy among senior executives and provides a strategic framework for informed decision-making on AI investments and initiatives. The training program should:

• Assist SES-level stakeholders in understanding AI capabilities relevant to portfolio priorities.
• Provide hands-on experience and strategic guidance for leading organisational AI adoption.
• Establish a scalable, modular training foundation that can be expanded across other business areas as transformation momentum builds.

Scope of Services

Vendors are invited to submit quotations for the delivery of an Executive AI Training Program that includes intensive sessions tailored for senior leadership (anticipated at no more than 20–30 participants per session).

Desired Content:

• AI fundamentals and emerging technologies
• Strategic business applications of AI
• Practical implementation guidance for executives ie balance between technical understanding and strategic decision-making
