Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services (Separable Portions 7-10)

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited to establish contracts for grounds maintenance services within the Gympie region for the following Regions:

• Region 1 - Southside (estate growth) (SP7)

• Region 2 – Eastern Region (SP8)

• Region 3 - Gympie Central (SP9)

• Region 4 – New/old Bruce Highway (S10)

Tenderers may elect to tender for all regions or only a selection.

Council may award separate contracts for each region or may award more than one region to the same tenderer.

Each contract will be established upon award to 1 July 2028 to align with current T167 Ground Maintenance Contract.

Council may extend the term of each contract for twenty-four months (24) at the sole discretion of Council.
