Tender Description
Mitchell Shire Council is seeking offers from suitably qualified contractors to the design and deliver a new renewed playspace at M O’Sullivan Reserve.
The site is located between 18 and 20 Webb Avenue in Seymour and runs between Webb Avenue and Delma Crescent.
This project will have a fixed budget of $65,000 ex. GST. This budget is required to cover all design costs including development of options following community consultation, documentation costs, all permits and approvals and all construction costs including demolition, site establishment, shop drawings and any maintenance / establishment periods
