Supply & Delivery of Chemicals to Sports Grounds & Open Space

Council invites suitably qualified tenderers to undertake the Supply and Delivery of a range of Chemicals and other products for the use on Sportsgrounds & Open Space.

This contract is a schedule of rates contract. The council will appoint a panel of suppliers.

Specifications contain a listing of the Chemicals and other products for supply thereof is sought. Any additional products comparable to those listed will be included in the price list as and available to the Council for possible purchase. Price list to be reviewed each year and agreed upon by Supplier & Council. A Schedule of rates for application is also included and available to Council for use.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Specification, the following definitions apply, provided they are consistent with the Conditions of Tender and the General Conditions of Contract – Services:

• Chemicals and Other Products refer to the chemical goods and related products described in this tender documentation, including but not limited to pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and fertilizers.

• Supplier(s) refers to the Contractor(s) appointed under this Contract to supply the specified goods.

• Pricing Schedule refers to CT000988 – Part C – Returnable Schedule 13 – Pricing Schedule.
