The works

1. Demolition and remodeling of existing unused spaces to create multiple specialist learning areas, an art room, new student amenities and multiple storage rooms.

2. Construct new outdoor covered learning area (COLA) and disabled compliant ramps.

Works will be carried out in stages to allow for new amenities to be constructed and operational before existing amenities are demolished.

Beechworth, Victoria

Occupied premises:

Works are to be carried out in an occupied Primary school environment. All personnel involved in the project MUST have a current working with children check (WWCC).

Tender process:

Tender documents will be released to a prequalified short list of builders via direct email late October 2025.

• Business overview
•  Business Structure
•  Key Personal Profiles
•  Commercial Licence details
•  Proof of Financial capability to complete project and ability to supply Bank Guarantees
•  OH & S policies / framework
•  Current Insurance details ie. Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Work Cover, Construction Risk etc.
•  Details of any Construction Suppliers Register approvals, currently held with Victorian government procurement systems (Not essential)
•  Past projects of similar nature (occupied sites and schools)
•  Reference contact details, for past similar project
• Current work commitments
•  Availability to commence works January 2026
