Tender Description

The City of Greater Geelong (the City) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake replacement of equipment and the associated works necessary to comply with the latest regulatory and code requirements, in relation to the existing two (2) Machine-Room-Less Lifts (“MRL”) installed at Geelong Library & Heritage Centre, 51 Little Malop Street, GEELONG VIC 3220.

1pm, Thursday 16 October 2025 at the Geelong Library and Heritage Centre, 51 Little Malop Street GEELONG VIC 3220

Your organisation must review the Contract Terms & Conditions issued with this tender, as per the Response Schedule 'Compliance and Conformance' section and submit any non-conformances at time of tender submission.

Please review the Response Schedule at the beginning of the tender period.

The advised submission format is Word, excel, pdf, and JPEG. Other formats have been found to corrupt, or not be able to open.

All Tenderers are asked to respond to each question separately, and not be referenced, for example, ‘Please see in summary’.

Tenders are asked to only reference pricing in the PRIC1 Pricing Schedule document.
