ROI Te Anau Visitor Centre and Office Buidling Upgrade

The Director-General of the Department of Conservation (the Department) is seeking Registrations of Interest (Responses) from suppliers with capacity and capability to upgrade the Te Anau visitor centre and office building.

The building experiences high level of activity and visitors through a peak season, which commences mid-October and runs through to the end of summer. It is expected this ROI, and subsequent RFP, process will be fully completed, with a construction contract executed with the successful participant, in time for work to commence on-site late April/early May 2026.
