Cleaning Services for the Corrective Services Training Academy

The Department of Justice (DoJ) requires a qualified organisation to provide commercial cleaning services at the Corrective Services Training Academy located at Allen Court Bentley, Western Australia. The services will comprise of general office cleaning, floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/shampooing, ablutions and amenities, window cleaning and all other work included in the Schedule of Work.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 4 Allen Court Bentley WA 6102, Perth on 23 October 2025 4:30 PM.

Briefing

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Date: Thursday, 23 October 2025
• Time: 4:30PM to 5:30PM Western Australia
• Location: Corrective Services Academy

                      Bentley, WA 6102

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 5:00PM, Western Australia Monday, 20 October 2025 by contacting Simone Surin on simone.surin@dohw.wa.gov.au.

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
