Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) is seeking offers for the the supply and installation of 375kW of solar panels to replace existing, rapidly degrading, solar panels at the Rottnest Island Solar Farm.

Briefing 

A briefing session will be held at Virtual Briefing, Fremantle on 22 Oct, 2025 9:00 AM.

Respondents to attend a mandatory virtual Briefing scheduled on:

Location: Virtual (TEAMS)

By no later than 2:00 pm on 21 October 2025 the Respondent shall confirm with Cameron Parrotte attendance at the Briefing via email at cameron.parrotte@dbca.wa.gov.au

If Respondents are unable to attend the scheduled briefing, alternative arrangements may be made by contacting Cameron Parrotte no later than 22 October 2025. Please note that alternative timeslots will only be available up to and on the day of 24 October 2025.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of the Offer.

A Site Visit can be arranged at the request of the Respondent by contacting Cameron Parrotte no later than 24 October 2025.
