This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The scope of the Enterprise Workflow Management Project encompasses the implementation of ServiceNow to support enterprise-wide workflow management and automation across AIHW, beginning with foundational workflows and expanding to include additional high-value and complex business processes.
The scope of this procurement includes:
• Establishing the ServiceNow platform and implementing business use cases for a minimum viable product (MVP). This may include platform deployment, configuration, integration, stakeholder engagement, change management, and transition into service, including business user and ICT staff training to achieve an MVP.
• Required licensing for ServiceNow, including any relevant modules, environments (Dev, Test, Pre-Prod, Prod, etc.) or additional software licensing to support the enterprise business workflow system that the vendor may recommend. AIHW’s preference is to leverage Whole of Government (WoG) licensing and pricing arrangements. Please identify any WoG arrangements where those exist and how AIHW could leverage them.
• Post-implementation support through a warranty period.
