Tender Description
Waikato District Council is seeking to identify and shortlist capable, experienced vertical construction contractors to participate in a closed Request for Tender (RFT) for delivery of the following works:
- Construction of the new Pookeno Community Hub and Library building
- Completion of external works, including final surfacing of the carparks
- Exterior landscaping and public realm improvements.
A Supplier Briefing is scheduled for Wednesday 22 October (date and details will be confirmed when you register for the briefing). Register for the Supplier Briefing before 4pm Friday 17 October.
The deadline for submissions is 4pm on Thursday 6 November.
