Condition Monitoring Services

Port Waratah Coal Services Ltd is seeking responses from suppliers for Tender 25-004 Condition Monitoring Services. The works are throughout both Kooragang and Carrington Coal Terminals.

• Self-Propelled Mobile Equipment
• Hazardous Chemicals
• Managing the Risk of Falls

Registration

Tender documents must be obtained after registration.

Enquiries

Any tender enquiries in the first instance shall be directed via the online forum.

Requirements

Within five (5) days of receiving this tender please advise by email (jill.burgess@pwcs.com.au) of your intention to participate in the tender. Please complete all schedules within the Tender Package and provide pricing for the entire scope.

Submissions

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a successful Submission Receipt which will be timed and dated upon completion. Please ensure you complete and sign all Tender Schedules and review the enclosed draft Contract as part of your submission.

Port Waratah's staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries concerning the proposal. Late, verbal, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
