Transport for NSW (TfNSW) has a requirement to engage a Contractor to provide Technical Advisor Services for the Regional Overnight Sleeper Service Project.

The Regional Overnight Sleeper Services Project seeks a Technical Advisor to determine the minimum viable product for the rolling stock for NSW Trainlink to continue to offer a sleeper service between Sydney and Melbourne and prepare and assure the technical artifacts to support the Final Business Case (FBC) for the project and the gate 2 deliverables.

Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed) in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the password to access the Request for Tender documents.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
