This procurement seeks to engage one or more qualified providers to upgrade the Nature Parks current Microsoft Great Plains (GP) 2018 accounting system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The successful provider(s) will deliver end-to-end services covering project planning, system configuration, data migration, integration with existing applications, testing, training and transition support.

The engagement will also include postimplementation services such as system maintenance, technical support and potential enhancements. The scope encompasses all functional and technical activities required to deliver a stable, secure and fully operational financial management system that aligns with the Nature Parks business processes, reporting needs and compliance obligations.
