Tender Description
The purpose of this project is for the lead design consultant to undertake the design development, detailed design, tender documentation and IFC documentation for the redevelopment of Nick Ascenzo Reserve in Thomastown. The lead design consultant will be a suitably qualified and experienced Landscape Architect consultant.
The lead consultant will engage suitable qualified sub-consultants to assist in preparing the documentation package and specifications for the implementation of the Nick Ascenzo Reserve Master Plan in Thomastown.
