Tender Description

The Legal Document Management Services will support the ATO’s existing Nuix Discover evidence management system. The successful supplier will be responsible for delivering a suite of electronic document processing services that enable the ATO to meet operational, legal and compliance obligations. This includes conversion of non-searchable documents, running Optical Character Recognition (OCR), de-duplication, electronic processing and coding as per the ATO’s established protocol and data processing specifications, ensuring compatibility with Nuix Discover.

These services are essential to enable the ATO and its contracted legal firms – including AGS - to perform various e-Discovery functions such as evidence management and review, advanced search capabilities, redaction, and export of relevant data, images and metadata in a Microsoft Access (.mdb) format. The supplier must ensure compliance with the ATO’s established protocol and data processing specifications to meet Federal Court e-Discovery requirements for litigation cases.

Suppliers must complete and submit the IT Security Awareness and Diagnostic Tool and Minimum Security Requirements documents found at Attachments C and D respectively.
