The Territory seeks to engage one or more qualified and experienced contractor/s to deliver recreational trail design, construction, maintenance, and upgrades across the ACT Parks and Conservation Service Estate via a panel arrangement.

This industry briefing will provide an overview of the upcoming Trails Panel tender, including the scope, objectives, and procurement process for establishing a panel of qualified suppliers to support the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of recreational trails.

Key items of information will include:

• How the panel arrangement will operate, including engagement processes and panel structure

• Requirements and expectations under the Secure Local Jobs Code

• Evaluation criteria, timelines, and submission guidance. The session will also offer an opportunity for potential tenderers to ask questions and clarify any aspects of the tender. Attendance is strongly encouraged to ensure a full understanding of the process and requirements.
