Ahpra invites a response to Request for Proposal (RFP) for Kruk - Exploration of streamlined pathways for IQRNs from non-comparable jurisdictions: Comparative Analysis
The application period is open from Tuesday 7 October 2025 to Tuesday 28 October 2025 5PM AEDT
The structure of the Request for Proposal (RFP)
This RFP comprises the following documents:
Part A – The Request for Proposal (RFP)
- A.1 – 'About this RFP' provides establishment details about the procurement opportunity,
- A.2 – 'Specifications' provides the requirements for the services in respect of which the organisation invites offers.
Part C – Conditions of participation sets out the conditions applying to the RFP and the RFP process
Part D - The Offer specifies the information to be provided in the offer and specifies any information to be provided by an invitee. Applicants must provide a response to all questions in the application.
Instructions to applicants for completing The Offer documents
- Invitees must go to the ‘Documents’ section in the tendering portal and complete the required documents
- Invitees must answer every question in each document, in the format requested.
- Invitees may provide additional supplementary material to support their responses to application questions.
- The Pricing Schedule must be attached as a separate document
- Once complete, invitees must upload their submission to the ‘Response’ tab and submit.
- Invitees are to ensure that responses to each question are clear, correct and completed by the application closing date.
Submitting questions during this RFP process
Invitees are to submit their questions through the tendering portal. For fairness and transparency, all questions will be de-identified and their answers will be distributed through the tendering portal to all registered invitees.
The deadline for submission of questions is 5pm AEDT, Tuesday 21 October 2025
Questions received after this date will not be answered.
