Tender Description
Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified organisations to provide an immunisation software solution to improve operational efficiency and enhance client experience.
To provide an overall cloud based software solution with key features to address current software limitations, including: online booking, client consent forms, enhanced reporting, vaccine management, end user notifications and digital immunisation checklists.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the tendering System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of the tendering portal.
Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
