Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders for the internal and external alterations to Cockatoo Neighbourhood and Community House/Kindergarten located at 23 Bailey Road, Cockatoo. These works include separable portions as the construction works will be completed in two stages to allow for use of the facility during Term One of 2026.
There are two site inspection sessions planned on Wednesday the 22nd October for this Tender to view the existing conditions of the building. Please note that attendance at one of the site inspections is a mandatory component of this Tender.
