PREQUALIFICATION

Only Tenderers prequalified at prequalification level B3 & F10 at the time of closing of tenders will be eligible to tender on this Contract. Alternatively, tenderers not prequalified at the above level may, prior to the close of tenders, seek the approval of the WGBMT to submit a tender. This approval will only be granted if the tenderer demonstrates, to the satisfaction of the WGBMT, that it possesses qualifications and experience relevant to the proposed works.

PRE-TENDER BRIEFING

A site inspection is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended, with attendance forming part of the tender evaluation. The pre-tender briefing will be held at the Department of Transport West Gate Bridge Management Team (WGBMT) Office (10 Sardine Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207) on 21st October 2025 commencing at 10:00AM (time).

Tender documents can be obtained via email after relevant Confidentiality Deed (download Deed) has been submitted to the nominated contact person.
